Really really frightened

Postby beautiful-chaos » Thu Jan 14, 2021 1:07 am

So very scared.
I can't relax.

Feel so very lonely.
Cannot believe how in a matter of weeks my mental health has declined..I'm the one who's there for others. I'm the one who lifts people up. I'm the strong one.

But at this moment in time.
I'm suffering. Struggling.
Need distractions.
Need someone
Need reassurance.
Need someone to listen.

I have no one.

All I'm hearing is. You'll be fine.

I'm exhausted.
Mentally.
Done.

Hi, it is very scary when your mental health can deteriorate so quickly, I totally get it....but its also reassuring how quickly it can pick up aswell. I hit the floor big time over Xmas but Im amazed how canny Ive picked up. Im not under any illusion to think Im 'better' but I just wanted to give a bit of good news for a change and hope. Sometimes that dreadful fear and darkness can change in a blink....until it does know you are not alone and things will be okay.

Please know you are not alone. So many of us understand and have felt that way. Just last week I was basically so exhausted by my issues that I could barely eat or get up, but like epitaph said your mood can positively shift too. Go into survival mode until you have the strength to bounce back, it’s ok to hunker down and just get through each day at a time.

For me I took a walk and told someone how I felt and just saying it out loud helped. Be kind to yourself.

Keep talking, it’s good to get it out
