Just wanting someone to understand

Postby skyscloudy1 » Thu Jun 04, 2020 4:23 pm

Hi I've never done this before. My mom passed away from cancer in March I had been looking after her. And working nights as a carer. I miss her so much and I'm struggling. I talk to my husband and daughter a lot but feel I'm just depressing them. My daughter admitted today that I'm am getting on her nerves a little keep crying. Which has made me feel 10 times worse. How can I start to feel normal again? I'm so depressed and lonely

Hi sorry to hear of your loss.
I know how you are feeling having lost two family members over the last two years.

There are bereavement phone lines you can call or even Samaritans
would listen if you just need to talk about your mum. It is understandable and good that you do want to talk about her.
Family can be grieving too. Everyone handles it differently.

Don't feel alone. Take care. Chris
