Well It all depends upon you that how much quantity of fruits you take in your diet . There are number of fruits such as orange, banana, apple, strawberry and others which people can take on regular basis . These are rich in nutrients like vitamins, iron , magnesium as well .

glass of fruit juice - 1 serving, handful of dried fruit - 1 serving, 1 fresh fruit (e.g. 1 apple/1 banana) - 1 serving, 3 or 4 mini tomatoes - 1 serving, hugs, Judith xxx

You can also buy frozen fruit. Berries, mango, pineapple etc and then defrost some when you want it. Sometimes it comes in portions within a bigger pack. So easier just to defrost a small amount and save the rest.

fruit smoothies are another way to up fruit consumption. (although storebought can be expensive) If you have a blender (which I unfortunately dont) you can whizz up your own from fresh, frozen or tinned fruit. Then add juice to get it to the right consistency. xx

Getting a little more fruit in my diet( potful a day in natural juices) but not much. Last time i bought a variety of fresh fruit half of it had gone off/over ripe before i got to try it .

buying quantity is a problem if you live alone. bananas give off a gas which ripens other fruit so it's probably best to buy under-ripe fruit if you buy bananas as well. keeping fruit in the fridge may also help it to keep longer - take it out a couple of hours before you eat it, hugs, Judith xxx

There were no bananas. I quite like banana flavour but not the texture of actual bananas.
