You can also buy frozen fruit. Berries, mango, pineapple etc and then defrost some when you want it. Sometimes it comes in portions within a bigger pack. So easier just to defrost a small amount and save the rest.
fruit smoothies are another way to up fruit consumption. (although storebought can be expensive) If you have a blender (which I unfortunately dont) you can whizz up your own from fresh, frozen or tinned fruit. Then add juice to get it to the right consistency. xx
