Re: I think I have Borderline personality disorder.

I'm not going to be able to say something as helpful as stormcloud, but just sending my support (to both of you), am totally sure love is a basic and all people can find it, and will read and reply to any further replies here- time off therapy will fly by benji, and you can talk here.

Re: Sir Hugo, I'll either take the red pill or the blue one

Hi bruv, Weirdly, just as attmp seems to have been infected with the virus, I'm turning towards the light. I'm really liking the sound of some supermarket budgeting, and making couscous back at the hostel. I'm not even disappointed in myself, it just seems, you know, sensible . Can I shoplift some e...

Re: out of depth again!

Thanks for saying I helped, even a bit- that helps me thanks. Bloody bloody mental health resources- it's criminal. I got told that my background and issues were unsuitable for the quicker route to help, so expect an 18 month wait, which turned out to be true. In a total mh crisis and with complex c...

Re: There goes the trust

Sorry to hear it, it must be a tough time. I suspect when someone makes a complaint/gets into a formal dispute they can end up going all out to justify it, making them paint things as extreme as they can. I second what attmp said- the situation isn't representative of your relations with people in g...

Re: out of depth again!

Hi hyssop, You sound like an amazingly strong person, can you use your strength to find the help you need now? Doesn't only have to come from the nhs if that's proving tough (are you on a waiting list?). In a battle you need allies- ideally what do you think you need, cos counselling can be accessed...

Hi Hugo,

Just wondering if you're alright, and whether you've had any progress/ change to the situation?

Re: The light is coming

Fantastic advice, I agree (will try and put it into practice too, about gardening). Dogwood is an amazing sight in winter/early spring- wild colours. Also, the low sun shows trees and surroundings quite dramatically sometimes. :D

Re: Cooking for Comfort

When you say slow cooked, and the meat was lovely and tender, I can imagine how tasty that was, and how good the kitchen smelled, so I guess it's not that I don't like meat. I think I'm just out of the habit, but sometimes I do feel that I don't like it. It's not bad stuff- healthy, versatile, huge ...

Re: Hello

Hi there, Great to read your post. Everyone wants to share ideas and conversation, and just be able to say what's on their mind, and your advice would be great- look into some of the topics on mutual support etc, quite a lot of anxiety conversations and a lot else too. Only thing is it is a bit of a...
