Re: Desperate to smile??

I hate my smile. My smile is autistic and hideous, like when I have a thought about something that obviously wont happen I get that unattractive autistic grin on my face. It seems to me that you exaggerate your shortcomings. An analogy can be drawn to how women find flaws in themselves that are inv...

Re: Don’t know what to do for the best

Depression doesn't have to be a constant excuse for swinish behavior. Yes, a person is sick, but this does not mean that he is allowed to make everyone around him sick, doing a million little things for evil.

Re: How to support my partner with mental health issues?

It's hard to be around a depressed person all the time. I tried to go to a psychologist. The doctor advised me to find my hobby, my own anti-stress, something that I can do in silence and which will distract me from negative thoughts. For me, one of those activities is to lie in a bubble bath. I tri...

Re: Nature is always there for me.

Nature is by far my biggest love. Always has been since i can remember. No matter what life throws at me nature is always there, just doing its thing. I have a million and one memorable moments with nature, some quite breathtaking, but its that warm breeze and the sound of the trees that does it fo...

Re: The further adventures of the mountain of stuff

Hello! I did post here a while ago, I was really frustrated with a habit of cluttering known as hoarding by some. I have to say, I have made some progress in dealing with this problem. It has not been easy and I have a way to go. The key has been understanding the reasons why, I worked with an exce...

Re: cup of tea

You probably just haven't seen the handmade Chinese bone china cups. The cost of one set (cup, saucer and spoon) is about $ 25-30 with delivery, but these are really works of art.

Re: Never ending!

Change the therapist who will find an individual approach to treatment for you. In general, a favorite activity or a change of scenery helps to restore peace of mind very well. The second is more difficult. What do you like to do? Do you have any hobbies? If there is a possibility of travel, I recom...

Re: Isolation making me fall out of love with my husband

On the contrary, isolation improved our relationship with my husband. We have been married for 8 years and it was just the lack of attention from each other that strained our relationship. And thanks to the quarantine, after 8 years of living together, we learned a lot of interesting things about ea...

Re: Any advice on helping a emotionally damaged sibling.

The best way to provide emotional support and help is to be in a great emotional state on your own. Because if you are in a bad state, then you cannot help your loved ones. If you can't get away for at least a week and take a break from the environment that surrounds you, find things for yourself at...

Re: Listening to music increases intelligence

Music is the most emotional art form. Therefore, people develop a deep attachment to music when they learn it of their own accord, without being forced. As a child, I did not like music literacy lessons, but when at a conscious age I began to study music voluntarily, of my own free will, it caused s...
