Everything related to mental illness is only your thought. Stop thinking about the wrong things and try to be happy.

I know that being happy is difficult, especially because of how everything is today, but life is about enjoying everything to the fullest even the bad times since we always learn from them and it makes us better.

Routines may make you feel at ease and in control, but what a constant routine really does is dull your sensitivities. Think about the times in your life when you’ve driven the same route repeatedly.
