is doing gym on alternate days benefits more?

Hey,
I usually get time to go to the gym so I am deciding to start gyming on alternate days. Does this benefit more?

Not sure on anything fitness related but i should think there are staff at your gym who can advise you, Aisling.

Actually, at my gym trainers don't know about this that's why I ask here. I thought someone knows here

Hey :)

It depends on your routine intensity and style. If you have more intense workouts with heavier weights, then you train less frequently or with less volume. If you have more targeted workouts, you can workout on more days as you train different muscle groups. There are lots of routines and guides online to help you configure your training routine depending on your goal, workout style, intensity etcx
