So, naming the problem has been good and useful.
Then asking for help from my partner has been like a mile stone. Saying: "I have a problem, I need help with this".
The next thing is to start keeping a diary so that I can record my little victories - and i can go back to read it when I think I am not making enough progress.
It would be a good idea to keep an online record here ...maybe
I think mindfulness comes into it all in some way...have to work it all out.
Trying not to be embarrassed at all.
I am only human and I am going to be kind to myself.
