hi, I'm new here too, never think you're over reacting if you feel that low, we are our own worst enemy's and way too hard on ourselves. some of us have family and friends to talk to (support network) some of us don't. if you feel like no one you turn to gives you emotional support that makes things worse. maybe go see your doctor and talk your feelings through with them. they will be able to shed light on your emotional well being.
