Hi ali

Please don't be scared to ask for help. So many of our symptoms can be helped.

You need a bit extra help at the moment.
Take care. Chris

Hi there ali,

I think you need to speak with your healthcare professional be that your GP or a care team. Taking a larger dose of antipsychotic medication is not going to make it go away (that's not how they work).

I'm sorry that you're in such distress at the moment, have you tried talking out loud to yourself that you're going to be ok when the voices are loud?

The hallucinations sound scary. I would recommend that you speak with someone about your symptoms if they're getting worse, especially if they are putting you at risk (which it sounds like it might).

It's great that you're reaching out. I would sincerely recommend talking with someone about what's happening and maybe getting out to meet a friend for a coffee as the distraction might ease your symptoms a little.

Take care of you.

Warm wishes,

This is going to sound a little bit crazy.
But here it goes
Have you ever spoke back to your voices?

I experience sounds images visions and voices usually
Those in authority.
I have something living in my head too
But won't go there for now.

I have sought help from a very different direction.
Have you heard of a bloke goes by name
Rufus May.
He has a wonderful partner called Elisabeth Svanholmer.
Wikipedia Rufus May
This will lead you to a totally different world.
You can still take medication if that is your choice .
Just check these people out.
Worth a look.
You may be pleasantly surprised
And you are not alone.
Kind thinks
