does anyone have any advice on how to cope with someone close who rapidly cycles in and out of depresson? I am finding it hard to make any plans of any kind as my partner becomes totally withdrawn, shuns other conpany and struggles to deal with normal life tasks, like eating properly, when down. We have a young child and no help beyond paid childcare and I work fulltime. Can anyone suggest how I can cope? The constant yo-yoing and inability to plan anything is driving me mad.
