Re the garden,

I actually have a toad at the bottom of the garden, by the compost heap. I do not like them nor do I like other jumping things like frogs :?

Very best wishes

Don't get rid of the toads! They are part of nature and you should be pleased they've taken haven in your garden.

I enjoy reading your thread, btw. I'm a horticulturist by trade so am always very pleased to see anyone interested in gardening. =)

Dear Nonperson
I am glad you like the 'jungle gym' thread.
I might ask for your advice then regarding my garden.

The toads I intend to deal with are the mental health workers and the sloppy practice. I intend to write a few letters of complaint.

I am glad you aprove of the toads at the bottom of my garden (which is not very big).

I think I need to take some pictures of the toads t(hey are usually well camoflarged though), and then I can read up on them and look at pictures on the internet - . If I know more about toads and frogs I think I will be less scared of them.

I can pick up worms and sluggs - something I could never do.

It is not a very big garden, but in the 7 years that I have lived here it has been transformed from a bland suburban garden to a bit of a mystery garden---
ubfortuntely, the soil is dence clay with builders rubble...hence the compost heap...and hence the toads and frogs...
best wishes

I have 3 apple trees and plum tree...only the plum and the eating apple flower.
This year I expect to have a very good apple crop.
I planted the trees myself.

Today will dig a place for the lavender bush that has lived in a pot for 3 years. I hope it survives the change in living space...
so that will be my exercise and therapy for the morning.

Wishing you well N and wishing you well Chris.

I am needing to use this space for a bit of therapeutic writing- to dump my rubbishy thoughts, as this morning I am not in a particularly good place.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the garden, by the piles of books by the house by everything.

By the knitting project that I have become a bit obsessed with. ...that goes on and on
it will take ages to finish.

By stuff everywhere -Woke up this morning and realised there is stuff every where.
By unfinished projects -

By the visit to the psychiatrist yesterday, to discover the last psychiatrist I saw - 2 months ago had given very wrong advice, I could have ended up with a stroke or a seizure - glad I didn't.

Overwhelmed by the advice given by the psychiatrist that I saw yesterday - good advice - but also prescribing a medication type that I have never heard of.

Overwhelmed by the dullness of the day, by the rain...

Overwhelmed by the side effects I am still experiencing from the medication I have been on.

Feeling overwhelmed by being over weight...

Feeling that I do not have the energy to do what I need to do today...

Feeling overwhelmed by lonliness..

Hi, unfortunately I have no advice but just want to say I understand a lot of what you've said there.
