I am new to this forum and have never done it before. I may be on here for a slightly different reason as I don’t suffer with depression myself but my husband does, and there are days when I really don’t know how to handle it all. One day he could be really positive and have clarity on everything and then the following day can be a very low day for him. He is very work orientated and it all stems from that.
I was just wondering if any other people are on the other side of it and could give me some help? Or if any of you who do suffer how do you like to be treated?
I am finding myself to be getting very anxious regularly knowing how hard it is for my husband, any help would be appreciated!
