Hi Debs

Thanks for asking. Surviving would be the only suitable word.

Hi Isap

Many people would have lost the plot by now. I think all you do, including coming on here, makes an important difference. I'm aware though that it's a far cry from finding some semblance of peace.

Btw. Amaya doesn't come on any more. Do you know if there's a reason why?

Take care

Hi Debs

Funnily enough Amaya posted yesterday for first time in ages. She gives a reason in her Amaya thread I think Newbies.

Hi Isap

I will have a read of her post after this hello.

Today I am analysing my habit of analysing and wandering how to handle the idea of allowing mysellf to feel the way I feel in this moment. I feel scared of the future and that is my experience in this moment yet it's all about the future. What I do know is that from my early teens I feared the future to a very unhealthy degree for 25 years. Since then I've improved but still struggle but 25 years of crippled thinking doesn't just go.

Hi Debs

I believe it's never too late to change your way of thinking but you have to keep working at it without setting yourself a schedule for recovery.

Hey Isap,

What's new, you managing ok? I hope you've managed to get your hands on some earphones. I also hope you've caught up with your yoga activity.

Thanks for your message, I said the same in a reply over on the safe forum but no harm in repeating it huh.

When are the JW's back in?

Take care,
Peace

Hi Isap

Your reply was helpful. It'll be a slow pproces, I keep forgetting that. I stick to my meditation each evening and only miss it if I'm out. I understand that in being mindful meditation underpins it all.

I got comfort from our priest when he spoke of our brokeness, meaning a large part of the congregation. For a few years now priests have been talking more about human suffering. I'm not sure if this is common in other denominations. For my part i find it helpful.

Hi PF

Thanks for your nice message despite the fact you're not in a great situation yourself.

I may have to testify at a hearing next week so lawyer said she'll come this week for a practice run and bring earphones. The JW come twice a week but the guard wouldn't let me out last Friday. He had no right to do that.

Take care

Hi Debs

Thanks for your message too. There are some good priests around. I guess every denomination has a variety. I don't really like all the JW that come here so it's the same thing.
