I feel like an inconvenience

Postby lou040901 » Sat Mar 11, 2017 12:44 am

Do you ever get that feeling that you are just a massive inconvenience on the people around you? I as sure hell do. My parents make me feel like my counselling is a massive inconvenience and they would rather me not go. They say they care and want me to go but they don't act like it. Do any of you feel like this with family or friends? Am I the only one?

I was bad so phoned crisis team, family involved and came to physiatrist appointment with me and said would be staying with me for support as weaning off one anti depressant and will not have any other until that is flushed out for 10 days and was given different tablet in mean time to help with sleep mood and anxiety and where are my family??Nowhere to be seen
So I feel for you.x
