Break up

Postby marie33 » Mon Aug 17, 2015 2:11 pm

Hi I'm new to this I'm 33 obviously had breakups before just split up from 5 year relationship
I think she was cheating on me
Just wondering how to forget and not involve myself I've done the usual blocking etc social media
Just still really hurts
Think I'm in a bad place as I see my life not going anywhere I've moved out from what was my
Home just feeling pretty alone right now
If anyone has advice that would be great

I'm a year older and feel myself sometimes as will I be on my own etc. I think these are natural thoughts.

First question here. Did you find out if she was cheating? And who ended it?

You won't forget easily, but you've done great doing the blocking. Social media makes it so much harder.

One thing you could do is join a gym, maybe find a club or something. Sounds mundane, but keep yourself occupied.

The biggest thing is don't rush into something because you are lonely. I've done that and it doesn't work out well.

Just put yourself first and hang in there.
