I don't really have one. Just tend to drift from one day to the next.

I don't have one.
I need one.
While I'm like this I have to chunk - morning, if I get through afternoon, if I get through evening, if I get through night.
So I suppose I do have one.
Muddle head atm.
You OK?

Routine is governed by the fact I have a 6 month old puppy, who gets me up at 0600 most mornings.
I also walk the dog and I took up jogging 2 years ago, so that helps too.
There are days I just want to sleep but my wee dog demands attention.
Without her I would have just hidden away.
