Abandoned by friends

Postby peregrino » Mon Jan 27, 2020 8:14 pm

Two of my closest friends told me this week that they are not able to be there for me as they find it too difficult or draining to listen to somebody who is struggling with difficult thoughts or feelings. They find it too draining and are unable to be there without judging or trying to 'fix' things.

I wish I didn't have to go on... Just hanging in here because of my parents, but this is getting more and more difficult...

What makes you feel like sitting at home with a cup of tea, when you know there's work to be done?

When your so very vulnerable is so hard to share but it's honestly the best thing you can do . With a friend , family member or on a forum like your on right now is the best if your feeling that scared about being mid understood .
