A newbie lost and hurting

Postby beauty » Sun Feb 03, 2019 4:18 pm

Hi, So terribly alone and unhappy. I feel a waste of time, misunderstood. Each day is overwhelming. I came across this site while browsing online. I feel like I've got a terrible disease and nobody wants to know me. It's not my fault I'm a sensitive person. I so feel in the way.

Hi Gary and jk it was nice of you to reply to my post, I was in so much mental agony, I don't know how I got the words out to express myself. I decided to take myself to a church service after I wrote my post, I'm so glad I did. It helped to distract my mind. I'm going to ask if I can volunteer there. I haven't been able to access support face to face for a lot of months, my life has been going in a downward spiral. I hope with joining this support forum I can find a stable base to go forwards and be able to bear my days again.

Hi Beauty

So Pleased you were able to attend a church service yesterday and it offered some relief. I find it's always better to get out the house when we can as it's a good detraction.

Just post anytime you need some support and take care of yourself.

Gary
