Sounds like my type of cooking too.
It was OK actually! Little lamb chop, chopped onion, mushrooms and cherry toms all bunged in a wok with some olive oil, balsamic vinegar, tomato puree, and herbs. Never really sure how long to cook things for but I've lived to tell the tale - so far!
Sorry you are feeling a bit sore but I hope the results come back showing improvement.
Is there a garden area they would let you sit out in?
I need to get my lemons still.
