I relate to what you said about when feeling happier you eat more, as I do exactly the same! Then feel guilty for eating. I really want to lose weight, but I also love food! It can be such a comfort too when feeling down. I'm getting married next year and really want to lose a bit of weight and I hate seeing the rolls on my tum! I guess I need to work extra hard in losing weight and not beating myself up over it! Thanks for your help xx
