Not sure this is the right place to post...but i'm really happy to report that my short-term memory has nearly come right back again.
I realised a couple of weeks ago...that for the first time since last Sept/Oct I could remember where I had left my phone/keys/shoes/coat..
I've even spent time on several mornings recently, retracing my steps and finding lost things
This must sound like a really trivial thing to so many people..and for those who think being depressed is just about being sad or down in the dumps...but to me at the moment it seems like a massive achievement, and a really big positive step.
So here's to me finding many more nice things i've mislaid or forgotten about.
