Seeing as you realise that she is all you have on offer right now - then you'll have to make the most of it
My cpn never rings me back and I see it as something personal - she doesn't care etc. but often when I talk to her she has been off or other things have happened that are nothing to do with me and she thought if I was in real trouble I would ring back
Your care worker might feel the same - the fact that you haven't rang since Tues probably tells her you are ok. I think they work on the fact that no news is good news!!!!
Could you talk to her and say how upset you were?

It makes you feel able to cope with life, while at the same time it's destroying you.

i know how you feel.my support worker dscharged me as she was leaving and didnt even say goodbye.i thought she understood me.
i think everyone is right.try not to take it personally when they dont phone back.ive been over and over this with my cpn and i think they try and prioritise calls.
what we see as priority they unfortunately dont always.

anyway did you phone her.did it go ok?

maybe you could ask to change support workers if you feel she isnt supporting you proparly.
im still waiting for a refferal to a new team as mine left me in the lurch.
i wish there was a way to help more.its so frustrating when the very people who are supposed to help with our problems seem to cause more problems for us.
hinder rather than help.
erm,why do you haveto call her?
ive heard that one before.call if you are in distress.but.they never call back,right/

huge huge HUGS is all i can do from here.
really hope you sort this soon

take care
