Notice to all Board Members - Board software upgrade

To all Board members

We are upgrading the SANE Discussion Board software which will mean the Board will be off-line for a period of time on Thursday 10th June.

It is expected that the Board will go off-line at approximately 11.00am and will remain off-line for a maximum of 3-4 hours. However, we will restore it as soon as possible.

Amongst other things, upgrading the software will improve the spam filtering system on the Board. It is also a necessary step in the process of updating the website as a whole, which we hope to have completed in the next couple of months.

Sadly there was a technical glitch when they tried to upgrade. Hopefully they will try again soon.

Been over 2 months since last aborted attempt at upgrade,wondering when next,hopefully successful,attempt will be made.
