I'm new to this.
I have mental health issues, which have been made worse by Covid-19.
I'm so scared about getting it. I have a heart condition, which makes me
even more worried.
I am so used to going out and about, but at the moment, I have to stay in. I'm in the high risk group. I hate staying indoors. I can't bare it. Being busy is something that helps me keep calm, any suggestions on keeping busy inside will be appreciated.
