Hi

I don't know what it is like to be you, but i know what is like to be scared. If you don't know what to say to your gp print off your post and show them.

You are not alone.

Some of your symptoms such as hair falling out, feeling cold and tired could be symptoms of under-active thyroid. However, they could also be side-effects from any meds you're taking. See a doctor to find out: the thyroid issue is unusual if you're young, so your GP might investigate other causes first. If you keep taking painkillers for headaches, then this can actually cause headaches. It might be a good idea to keep a diary of what you eat and when, what symptoms you have so that it can help your GP with diagnosis, hugs xxx

Your welcome. Just try to stay strong and be honest with the people who are there to help you. Thats the bit I find hardest to do so I know it can be a struggle. As for the pain killers I can't drink lemonade after taking a od with it ;) x
