hi , im wondering if you could offer me some advice, im having some issues at the minute. im not sure if im depressed but currently my life seems to be changing around me and there seems to be little I can do about it which is causing me to drink heavily, im new to this website and wondered if you had any advice for me please. all my friends have gone off to university and I've decided to resit my year before applying to university, I don't really want to seek help with a specialist until I have some idea what's wrong with me and also all of the stigma with getting help and it being on your records and everyone then judges you as unstable. I feel awful as ive made my best friend cry today due to her being concerned and I know i probably shouldn't be turning to drink as a solution, but it helps me forget my issues and problems atm, please someone just say something. anything is better than nothing.
