ive caused so much trouvble on another room here and im aaaah!!!!!!!!!
not knowing what to do.my mum is busy rowing with my dad,my aunt is planning a funeral and i wish i hadnt posted it now!!!!!111therers np one to talk to and im feeling ill
obviously theres nowhere safe to go from people not getting on and arguing
im constantly told i cause all the trouble seems like thats true here to

Not sure what trouble you think you are causing on the forum. I have not seen any.

Have you got somewhere to go to get away from things, I have got a couple of sanctuary places I go, especially when my trauma symptoms get too much. It isn't seen as a safe place by others, but it is to me, safer than sitting in and getting so distressed without it being able to release.

You don't have to answer all posts of mine, only ones you feel you wish to, just ensure you keep well and not over do things.

When my parents argued i was regularly told " Look what you made us do" or something similar .It's had a long lasting psychological effect.
