Im just so confused about everything.

I dont know who to listen to.

I dont know how to help myself.

I feel so alone.

Ive been ill for so long now. I dont know how to cope with it anymore.

I want to ring SaneLine, but Im to scared that they will hate me, because I am paranoid that everyone hates me.

They wont hate you - they will listen and hopefully help you to see a way forward
Please ring them - I always find talking to the helpline so helpful
You have nothing to lose - try it xxx
It's hard to keep a secret when it's written all over your body.

It makes you feel able to cope with life, while at the same time it's destroying you.
