Hi,

I understand. At least in a fundamental sense, I understand. You are confused, overwhelmed. The first thing is to preserve yourself, carry on living as best you can. Your task is to understand. In order to do that you have to think. Try hard. Read. Learn things.

If things get so as you feel they are odd, then see your doctor.

You may have to live alone in the future; that can be a good thing to do, rely on yourself. Pursue whatever interests you.

I've had further thought. You do seem to be very stressed. If I were in your condition I would seek the help of a doctor. They maybe able to provide you with a medicine which would help you to cope better. Best wishes.

I'm glad that you replied. I've just thought of a novel you may like to read: "Strait is the Gate" by Andre Gide. Translated by Dorothy Bussy. Publisher: Penguin Classics. ISBN 9780141185248.
