please see someone about how you are feeling right now.
its not ok to feel like this.
one thing i can tell you is,you are not a burden.your family will have the burden of guilt and misert for the rest of their lives if you hurt yourself
you are not well right now but things can get better.
if you have a psychiatrist contact them or else please see your gp.
