i'm sorry you are having such a hard time.

You have beenpushedto the edge 6 times, and thank god you have been saved. How are you saved, does someone find you?

trying to keep safe is very hard especially when you doing it alone i am having issues with cmht so you are deffo not alone keep fighting hunni x

well done for being stable for nearly a month. Can you not get your medication weekly (i would be surprsed if they havent done this for you already but services are often rubbish) ?

Also, which anti depressants are you on as they wont give me any as they trigger my mania, any suggestions would be helpful (sorry for hijacking the thread)

I would recommend a decent mood stabiliser, kind of illiminates the need for lots of different meds, 2 anti d's and quitiaepine (horrid drug) can't be be nice for you to have to keep messing with.

I had no luck wth depakote but lithium is brilliant, but still dip now and then. Just got to keep going. They should've used one of these with mania involved.
