Hello. I have marked times of day when I feel worse, first thing in the morning and the mid-late afternoon. In the morning I get by ok, I get up earlier than my family and do various things to ease into the day. But the afternoon is hard, I am often coming home from work or at home with my children and feeling very rubbish about myself, the future etc. If I have to do much more than just sit I often start to feel overwhelmed and despairing but I have to carry on and carry on, I can’t just lie down.
If you have particular times of day that you struggle how do you manage them?
