Podcasts (or info) for relatives/loved ones

Hope you're all well guys, I wonder if you can point me in the right direction.

I'm a sufferer of anxiety, depression and bipolar 2. I'm now in a position where I'm not only seeking help but also being open with people close to me, this includes my parents. I'll be moving back home to live with them for some stability, this is a big move for me as I'm really not happy about it I know I'm going to feel claustrophobic as it's been over a decade since I lived with them and as good as their hearts are they just don't get it, this idea of living with mental health problems is so alien to them they can't grasp that I'm not going to jump off a bridge at any moment.

Recently I've found podcasts very helpful, (shout out to The Dark Place) but I wonder if there's any more aimed at relatives and loved ones of people struggling? Podcasts would be ideal, but any bits of helpful info would be amazing.

Thanks guys!

Hi

I always recommend the My Own Worst Enemy podcast for mental health. The host interviews senior academics in the field.
