How to deal with sleep and tiredness at workplace?

Postby paulgonzales86 » Wed Feb 20, 2019 10:24 am

I usually take a regular sleep of 7-8 hours daily but too I feel sleepy at the workplace. Sometimes it affects my work. Please share your tips on how to deal with this problem.

Hi.. have coffee or tea whenever you feel tired and eat healthy and lite volume lunch.
Do not eat rice, buttermilk, kind of food or drinks because it make us sleepy.

Hi Paul!x

That's quite a common issue people face, and part of it is natural. The post-lunch dip has been attributed to evolutionary behaviours, where humans would sleep after eating 'lunch'. But using screens a lot can also wear our eyes out due to the blue light, so try using screens less. Or if you have to, look into using a software that reduces blue light!x

Much love <3

I deal with the same, no mater how much sleep I get. It's just 24/7 exhaustion.

Green tea and doing some light stretching every 2 hours helps. It may look strange to others, but hey - whatever helps..
