An assistant professor with a similiar background to the guy at Mindful Self-help Compassion (above) who has produced several books including use of Mindfulness in physical conditions. Breathing, body scanning, Loving-Kindness and more.

Mindful (magazine)
A magazine that has a section with links to recommended sources. (I haven't checker these so be careful if they charge)

The above was plagiarized from another forum so don't thank me.

I've downloaded about half the links and it's all pretty much the same. Dependsvon what English accent you prefer.

Guided meditation goes quicker than self guided I find.

Thanks Isap, I will thank you anyway.

Im not great with the American accent, it takes me out of the moment for some reason and Im not keen on those guided meditations when they keep repeating chunks like ' Noticing, Noticing ' as that takes me out of my mindfulness.

Always appreciate some new resources.
