labels are given,changed and regiven on many occasions and unfortunately circles comes to mind all you can do is persevere and eventually a consistent diagnosis and treatment will be made.

jellie,
bipolar is one of the hardest things to posotively diagnose so it can take a while im afraid as for the medication without correct diagnosis the correct medication is almost impossible,
to try and help you understand the name of bipolor is because
bi-meaning two
polor as in north and south poles one extreme to the other

kessian, i don't think you are doing anything wrong, rather that you are struggling to cope at the moment, and you need help. the first thing i would suggest is that you make an appointment to see your doctor, and that you write down as much as you can about how you feel, whether it changes from day to day or throughout the day.
the second thing is that you make sure you are eating sensibly, getting some exercise and keeping to a routine - it does help.

does your school have a counsellor? maybe that would be someone who could listen to you, hugs, Judith xxx
