I'm new too to the group and I hear what you are saying. I feel like that sometimes too, giving up on your relationship is the last resort for me but I'm still fighting and I know my partner does not want to give up either which helps me. Are you having your own space? Having your own time to go out on your own helps to work through your own thoughts. I go and see my family or see a friend or go shopping which helps me. It's natural to feel guilty and I do sometimes but remember why you're in the relationship in the first place and if that is the person who you want to be in a relationship with, despite their mental illness. I hope this helps a little x

I agree, i know that mental illnesses can be really bad for self esteem reasons. The best thing to do is deal with coping methods and discover things that improve mental health.
