Burnt out and angry

Struggling with anger issues at the moment. I feel like I could punch a wall! Feel my family just take take take from me and I'm burnt out. My feelings are numb and I am deep and into compassion fatigue with my adopted daughter who is very demanding with lots of issues (not her fault but so exhausting) My husband doesn't recognise my distress and if I broach the subject he just says well yes I'm tired and pissed off too! If only it was a case of just being pissed off! I'm sick to death of waking up every morning feeling like this. I'm hoping some others can relate as feel so alone.

Hey :) Sorry to hear how you're feeling, being a parent is hard work and can be frustrating at times! I wonder if talking to someone would help you, that way you could get some of this off your chest as an outlet? Friends can be great for things like this, but otherwise there are services (e.g. Samaritans, 7 Cups of Tea), that can also help <3
