i, how are things with you?

has your husband been taking his meds for epilepsy? they use some of the same stuff to treat bipolar, so if you tink hes not right, it could be his meds really need reviewing asap, rather than a mental health crisis, just a suggestion.

Ask your council for a carers needs assessment as soon as possible, its your right. this will help you when communicating your concerns to the gp, and dont let them fob you off with " confidentiality" cop out rubbish. get in touch with as many local carers groups, there will be someone out there who can support you.
