Hi just wanted to express how beneficial Mindfulness and meditation is and has helped me enormously in a very wide range of situations.
I mainly use it at night time for a good sleep as my sleeping habits leave a lot to be desired (never manage to get to bed early, mind you my partner doesn't help as she's worse than me for it).
A lack of sleep can make current mental health a lot worse, so I recommend mindfulness, meditation and plenty of sleep. Also exercise can be very beneficial. Although I need to start practicicing what I preach as I've put on a few lbs the last few months (on top of all the other lbs previously!)
