hi,
i'm so sorry your feeling so shit, i wish i knew what to say, i wish there was something i could do to make yu feel better, i'm not looking forward to xmas either, i'm trying to b happy for my little boy, it is so so hard....... te only thing that is keeping me going at the minute is thinking i just need to give him a great xmas, with good memories then i can go, i have no intention to carry on fighting, or to live with these memories and this pain for the rest of my life..... just need to get xmas over with.........
sending you huge hugs,
