Hi Aisling

You will not be evicted. The carer will see to that. It's part of her job

Hi Aisling

A very nice name.

I am sorry to hear of your problems. It must be very worrying. Although things will work out you are bound to worry.

Depression is such a terrible illness as you know. We end up in situations that few other people would.

I have managed to get an appt at the doctors this morning. I'm hoping she will give me an increase of the pregabalin. That would only be a short term fix but I could perhaps sort out my ADs in that time. Are your meds working ok for you?

Meanwhile in Scotland we have rain and cold winds. It's more like a bad day in March! Whilst the weather doesn't cause my mood it can effect it.

Hello Aisling and Debs

Good article on mental health appeared today

https://www.theguardian.com/society/201 ... l-epidemic

For effectiveness of antidepressants

1) Amytriptylin
2) Mirtazapine
3) Venlafaxine

Worth a read

HI Chris,
Many thanks for the link, i'm on mirtazapine now which i would say doesn't do anything near as much as amitriptyline for anxiety. Am loathe to suggest a meds review due to dire side effect of a previous anti present, no idea which as i've tried loads, it had ben strung out on the ceiling, if i'd had a bottle of red wine would have downed it in one.
