I hope you manage to get some relief from your aches and pains during the day.
Sometimes I imagine losing people too, I think it's my minds way of preparing me should it actually happen. If I become upset I'll remind myself that it's just in my mind ...it's not actually happened.
I find reading really helps escape my mind. If it's a good book, I'll lose hours.
I use to knit and I'm getting back into it to keep myself occupied (just another suggestion).
