Hi Isap

Sorry for taking this long to answer.

I hope your side effects don't get any worse. It's awful that drugs take so long to kick in.

Take care and God bless

Hi Debs

Thanks

My brother in law has a new partner. Her son is a mental health pharmacist. Same ethical rubbish even though I am dealing with a quack thousands of miles away.

Hi Isap

A friend of mine had a doctor that looked at the person in terms of their situation as well as illness. In her case it meant him having to omit certain details from her notes and more. She said (and I agree) that being a doctor was an art as well as a science. It takes imaginative skills etc. Very few do tors or pharmacists use their skills fully. They cling to the ethics, the same old stuff.

My pregabalin is now working well . I still get symptoms but they don't last. I think that as it's use with psychiatrists increases, doctors will use it more.

I really am sorry things aren't improving. They will but that's no comfort just now.

God bless

Hi Isap

Christmas is very noisy for you, I remember you saying.

I think that in your time zone it's past now.

I hope you improve soon.

God bless

lHi Debs and Chris

Thanks for your heartfelt support.

I had a psychiatrist appointment yesterday and when we arrived at the psychiatrist unit it was closed. Now they have to apply for a new court order, will take 3 weeks minimum.

I can't believe my lhigh flyer mental health sltep son in law not giving me help. "Speak to your doctor about it"

A simple question - if AD x isn't kicking in after 6 weeks while on max dose and giving me all sorts of mental torment, should I discontinue and go back to an AD that worked in the past? "Speak to your doctor about it". My own brother said that. This psychiatrist is an idiot, I know from his colleagues reaction when I mention his name. He would have known that December 26th was a holiday and if you miss a date you can't just go back next day. That is cruel and heartless.

I'm going to give the shit 5 days more then do what I just suggested. What do you think?

I can't believe how inflexible people can be when my life is on the line.

Meanwhile I am keeping myself going with massive dose of antipsychotics. The leg cramps I get as side effects are horrendous. Also fainting or feeling over when standing up.

If anyone has any ideas please help

Isap xx

Hi Isap

I would come off the ADs. I think you would have seen some effect by now. It's always scary altering things without medical agreement but I think you probably know inside they're not helping.

The lack of support your family show is disgraceful.

I have only just found my phone which I'd managed to lose yet again

God bless
