i'm waiting to hear from a specialist personality disorder place...have waited 10 years basically of back and forth to the doctor, no-one really doing much about me. finally have an appointment in a couple of weeks and feel pretty positive that i'm going to get better...

i'm also just living week to week at the moment and it's a bit draining and really boring, cos i normally have a million and one plans going on at the same time so for me to sit and watch tv all day and not be planning for the future is odd, but actually quite nice. trying not to feel guilty about it.

it is difficult, but keep going. are you seeing a therapist or anything?

god, listen to me, i sound so positive!

keep on trucking guys! woo!

its just taken me 19 years to get the right diagnosis, always labled previously as pain in the a*** in no need of care or service personality disorder, to get a new non english shrink who having reviewed years of notes, and doing profiling tests says im bipolar, so at last the local crisis service cant ignore my needs, i'll actually get a medication that might help a bit and hopefully get o with my life!!!
the text books have a lot to answer for
