Gosh it has been a long time!

Hello everybody most of you won't know me as i havent posted for months now. It has been such a long time now that I almost do not know how to write anything or what to write at all. I ma struggling slightly at the moment my mood is rock bottom which is no good especially around christmas time. not really sure what to do with myself i've even quit my course because i just cant cope with it. My current therapy is coming to an end and my counsellor is writing me a letter and I am writing them a letter. I have been writing it for weeks but tonight I am starting to panic because I don't know what to include and what not to include. What shall I write obviously saying thank you because they have been amazing I just wish it didnt have to end now in order for me to move onto a different form of therapy. I just wish I didnt have to this is the first time i have actually liked my counsellor and wanted to work at getting better but I just dont believe I ever will..

Hey stranger. Ling time no speak. Glad to know your alive. Regarding your councillor and the letter I think you should write about the bottom par. Of your post! I think it'. Good your back on here of nothing else you can write how your feeling without close fan n friends knowing. I think of my post like it's out there without burdening people I love. Hope this helps. Xc

Yes I am trying to write this letter but am still stuck:( I have so much respect for this person I don't want to let them down with anything I write!
I am glad about coming back it does allow me to speak to people on here without others knowing.x
