Hey Lou, reading's great. A bit of an escape from reality. I wonder if they have your reading age wrong though, you have a great vocabulary and are really good at writing too ;)

You must have needed that sleep - good.
Maybe you can work on your reading with Claire if that's something you would like to do?
Washing up is bad enough! I leave it to drain and dry itself!!
Been out shopping but heart wasn't in it and I just feel too tired to be bothered really.
TV tonight I guess.

I agree with Avalon. xx
You can catch up on what you missed because you have done such a good job teaching yourself already. And predictive text and the dictionary - they are there to help people so it's good to use them!
As for TV.... X Factor :?

What did I teach? .... children!!
Well, that's what they said they were!!!
Think I'd better not say to be serious Lou.

It's better to read slowly and understand than skim stuff and not take it in.
Not sure if Avalon's around but vocabulary just means the types of words you use. So you have used relaxing to describe my evening when you could have just said something more simple like nice. So you use interesting words and the poems you have written show how good you are at using words well. Hope that makes sense.
