getting drunk isn't a good idea: you may not remember what you did the night before, but that's a dangerous road to go down. alcohol is also a depressant so you may wake up feeling worse than you did before, with a hangover on top and worried about whether you did something stupid.
a glass of wine to relax is one thing, but please don't get into the habit of using alcohol to blot out your feelings.
