Thoughts won't go away Trig

I have a phobia and I think about it every day for approx two years. I can't get it out of my head, no matter what ido. it nakes me feel sick and anxious. I have an appointment with the dr, can they stop it. What I can do to stop thinking of it? Help!

The phobia is death. Can't get it out no matter what I do.

scared of it. not suicidal. Would like to know how I can stop thinking about it

Thank You. I am trying to read a book but its not working -maybe its the wrong one?
I hope you are not having any suicidal thoughts, I had depression a few years ago I wasnt suicidal but it was an awful time in my life.

It started when I was bullied which made me feel depressed. I think that could be a connection.

No one knows about post-death. Religions attempt to deal with the questions that death poses.
